• Buddy Training $100 hour

Total body strength, core and conditioning based workouts

Jake works with any or all physical limitations and modifies workouts on the fly to accommodate any needs

Workouts focus on full body strength, resistance training using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, resistance bands, and body weight exercises

• 15 years personal training, small group training, group fitness and youth coaching experience.

• Additional certifications in Corrective Exercise, TRX, Kettlebells

-Youth fitness strength and conditioning specialist (ages 6-18)

-Youth sports coach-football, baseball, basketball
